Fancy spending a day with Soccer AM? Then this is the competition for you!
We've teamed up with our friends at Sky Sports to offer you a fantastic opportunity to spend a day with the team at Soccer AM. You'll get to see how the show is put together, and enojy watching the show in person.
You'll see all your Soccer AM favourites, including Tim, Helen, Tubes, Fenners, Sheephead, Rocket and Robbie "The Tramp" Knox.
As well as our two-person behind-the-scenes pass, you'll even win a special Soccer AM goody bag!
HOW TO WIN
Entering the competition is simple. We want you to film your very own crossbar challenge and send it to us here at Total Youth Football.
We don't care what size ball you use, what size goal or even how far away from it you are. We just want to see you hit that crossbar!
Get your mates to video your attempts using a camera or a mobile phone and send us your clips. You can even run up to the camera and introduce yourself before taking your shot, just like the pros on the Soccer AM Crossbar Challenge!
Once you've got your clip, send it to us by going to our "Your the Star" page, filling in the form and attaching your video file. In the "Description" box, make sure you include the words SOCCER AM.
